Weekend of 10/03/08 Retail Beer Tastings

The Wine and Cheese Place in Clayton has moved their weekend tastings to Friday which is a great way to start your weekends. Today, from 4PM to 6:30PM will be having a tasting featuring Bell’s Best Brown, Bell’s Hell Hath No Fury (for tasting only, there is none left for sale), Drie Fonteinen Doesjel Old Lambic, Budweiser American Ale, Sierra Nevada Chico Wet Hop Harvest, and Olde Suffolk English Oak Aged. Mike at the Wine and Cheese Place in Rock Hill will also be holding a tasting today from 4PM to 6:30. He’ll be sampling these beers: Bell’s Best Brown, Budweiser American Ale, Goose Island Harvest Ale, and Sierra Nevada Chico Wet Hop Harvest. Once again, more information can be found at their blog.

Sierra Nevada Harvest came in, but it is not the Chico, it is the Wet Hop. We will taste it tonight at both Forsyth and Rock Hill.

still a good beer, i LOVE the wet hops that SN makes. I wish some local people had a wet hop
