The beers, food and pairings were excellent. The ravioli course with Bell's Amber Ale was quite remarkable, the citric hops cut the richness of the cheese and pasta, and the nutty malt character worked wonders with the bleu cheese and mushrooms. The braised currants paired excellently with the rich malty character of the TCOA, as well. I could go on, but I'm starting to et hungry again. My amazing wife got us seats to this last night.
