mwbbfI’m as shocked as you that I got this post up exactly when I said I would, I don’t know if that speaks to my work ethic or my lack of sleep. I’m happy to not only announce the winner of the two tickets to the Midwest Belgian Beer Festival, but also to share some exciting news.

I’m happy to report that we’ve now reached over 140 events for STLCBW. This is a big milestone and it’s very exciting for us all. Anyway, without further ado, the winner is Jeff Johnisee (who’s favorite Perennial beer is BA Abraxas and favorite Side Project beer is Oude Fermier; obviously a man of exclusive tastes.) Congrats to Jeff and thanks to everyone who entered.

I’ve been told this event is SOLD OUT! There are plenty of tickets left for many other events going on around STLCBW, so be certain to check out the website to see what’s going on.

mwbbfPerennial Artisan Ale and Side Project Brewing have created a bunch of great events, but I don’t know if there is one that is more hotly anticipated than the Midwest Belgian Beer Festival. Dozens of breweries in attendance, many not available in Missouri.

This is one of the hottest tickets in town and I’ve been told it’s sold out. But, I have a special treat for you. Thanks to the fine folks from Perennial, we have a pair of tickets we’re giving away for this Saturday’s festival.

This $100 value will allow you to partake in the most unique festival in St. Louis. All you need to do is email contest@stlhops.com with the subject of 2015 Midwest Belgian Beer Festival.  In the body of the email you must include your favorite beer from your favorite Perennial or Side Project beer.

A couple of quick notes:

  • If you’ve won something from STL Hops in the past 6 months, please be cool and let someone else enter.
  • If you can follow the bolded directions above. If you don’t follow the rules, you’re automatically disqualified.
  • You must be 21 or older to enter.
  • No multiple entries.

I, once again, want to thank the fine folks from Perennial for providing the tickets to this event. This contest will end on July 23rd at 9AM CDT when I will pick a winner at random for the set of tickets.

2014mwbbfSorry for the delay in getting this up, things have been slightly hectic. I’m happy to not only announce the winner of the two tickets to the Midwest Belgian Beer Festival, but also to share some exciting news.

I’m happy to report that we’ve now reached over 100 events for STLCBW. This is a big milestone and it’s very exciting for us all. Anyway, without further ado, the winner is Christian Staum (who’s favorite beer is Sump.) Congrats to Christian and thanks to everyone who entered.
