Here’s Jerid with a little information about the beer:

Bright Nights Wheatwine features 2 malts, American wheat and German Vienna. They combine to create a big malty backdrop for the 50 ibu’s of hop bitterness. There will be 2 kegs of this served at the same time. One keg has been dry hopped with Summit and Ahtanum hops while the other is served with no dry hops. The beers are amazingly different and it’s a good way to see just how dramatically dry hopping changes a beer. 8% a.b.v, served in snifters.

Here’s a look at what to expect next week:

3/10 – Elderberry Irish Ale

Here’s Drew with a little song about the beer:

Ever since I was a young boy
I’ve known the emerald ball
From Willi down to Oregon
I must have smelt them all
But I ain’t seen too much of them
In any harvest fall
This crazy frothing hophead
Sure craves a mean tall pull

Here’s a Pinball Blizzard
This pint, it can’t be missed
A Pinball Blizzard
Its got hoploads by the fist

There ain’t no competition
Can’t taste those Founders and Bells
Taste those cones a poppin’
Obey your sense of smell
Always get a refill
Never spill at all
Those crazy, brash, fun kids
Sure brewed a mean Pinball!

6.6% ABV 66 IBUs brewed with over 6lbs of hops per barrel
