MBSTL_113267_FoundersCrewDrive_IntlTapHouse (1)This coming Monday February 16, the Soulard location of the International Tap House is hosting the crew from Founders Brewing Company. There will be 20 members from the Founders sales staff from the lower 48 states in town for this party and you’ll be able to enjoy a selection of drafts including:

  • Red’s Rye
  • Porter
  • All Day IPA
  • Breakfast Stout
  • Nitro Oatmeal Stout

But here’s what makes this a truly unique event. All of the members of the Founders’ team will be bringing a bottle from their personal cellar to open that night with the crowd. You never know what they’ll have up their sleeves. You are also invited to bring a bottle if you’d like to share with the crowd.

This party starts at 8PM and goes “until the beer runs out.” So head over to Soulard Monday night for this great opportunity. See you there!

llywelyns-243x300Sometimes a few of us, myself included, forget that beer is meant to be drank and enjoyed with friends. Sometimes the beer sits in our cellar as we look for a good excuse to crack open a special bottle.

You know what’s a good excuse? A good cause. Tomorrow, September 3rd, Llywelyn’s Pub in Webster Groves is putting together a Bottle Share for a Cause benefiting Food Outreach here in St. Louis.

Beginning at 6PM, you can bring all of those beers in your cellar that you’ve been itching to open. All Llywelyn’s asks is that you either bring a canned good or $5 if you plan on participating.

Bring all the whalez and help out while doing it!
