I can’t believe it’s been five years. A lot of things have changed for the better over the past five years and so having a party that was awesome as the one we had this past Saturday only seemed fitting. This post is to give thanks to everyone who helped make this party so fantastic.

First, a huge thanks to 4 Hands Brewing Co. Without a doubt, 4 Hands welcomed us with opened arms and helped to give us a space to put this on again this year. Thanks to Kevin, Will, Nick, Steve, Steve and the rest of the 4 Hands crew for letting us into their home.

Also, a big thanks to Dave Bailey and the folks from The Fifth Wheel for serving up some awesome grub. I heard nothing but great things from everyone about the food, so thanks to them for helping us out to fill your bellies.

I once again want to thank all of the breweries and distributors: O’Fallon, Schlafly, Six Row Brewing, Civil Life Brewery, Perennial Artisan Ale, Urban Chestnut Brewing Company, Charleville Brewing, Founders Brewing2nd ShiftMajor BrandsLohr Distributing, 4 Hands BrewingGlazers, Brugge Brasserie, Cathedral Square, Deschutes, New Belgium, Goose Island, Troy Meier, Mike Atwood, Gina Rakers, International Tap House, Stone Brewing, and Boulevard, that participated in donating time and beer.

I also once again want to thank the following places for donating items for raffles and giveaways (I hope I’m not missing anyone):

I had a goal in mind this year for how much money we would raise for Stray Rescue of St. Louis, I was hoping we’d hit $5000.  So, needless to say I’m flabbergasted that because of your generosity we raised over $6000.  I don’t know how we can top this, it’s just fantastic.

I also want to give a special thanks to EricSTL6 and Carl Niermann for helping to organize this event. I don’t know if I could have pulled it off if not for their help. I can’t also forget our fantastic volunteers who helped set up and break down this event in record time.

Thank you all, once again for a fantastic event and a fantastic year of beer in St. Louis. If you couldn’t attend, here are a few photos of the event taken courtesy of Charles Uding:
