Simcoe Dry Hopped Cask APA at Tap Room Today

The subject pretty much says it all. If you’re a hophead then you need to get down to the Schlafly Tap Room this weekend and try a pint of the Simcoe Dry Hopped APA. Like most of their casks, I’m sure it won’t last long.

Luckily we made four casks, but one is coming with us to Madison this weekend. The other three should last another 2-3 weeks, tops. We have a bit more Simcoe, so look for a few more of these.

The cask APA was good, but what really surprised me was the India Brown Ale. Loved it.

Stopped in to have one today. One just wasn’t enough! 3 beers later I was in heaven…good good stuff! Get it while you can!
