We are brewing it at the Tap Room. So whoever the Dist. for Schfly in Ill.,that’s who will have it?? Some of this beer will be going to the IN-Louisville area for NA. This is only a 15 Bbl. batch (30 kegs) so there won’t be too many to go around.

i like that stl breweries are collaborating, but i think this beer sounds terribly harsh – dry hops, smoke, rye, and oak. yuk.

the recent esb and wet hop from schlafly were big steps in the right direction.

i think the stl breweries would be better off spending their time improving their current line-ups – revisiting all of the weak links and re-doing their recipes until their beers are closer to the top 50 or top 100 in the usa.

Princess tears? Hehehe! I think I’ve only tried Hoptimus from New Albanian. I’ll be very interested to try this beer!

Why? I mean, I’ll definitely try it when I find it. But why wouldn’t just one brewery make this? Why the collaboration.

The weasel pooped beans and princess tears will be added with the dry hops and oak chips! We have been talking about doing a collaboration for a few years now. We just wanted to do it mostly for fun and the timing for all of us was right. We wanted to make something totally different where every one could contribute something to the brew. In a couple of weeks we will know how it came out, it smelled awesome during the brew. The way the mash went (6 stuck mashes-Ties the Tap Room record)Collaboration Brew #2 will be something new.
