		<description>As noted in Mike&#039;s post the idea came from Schnucks for a special bottled 75cl beer, brewed downtown at The Schlafly Tap Room to celebrate the oepning of Culinaria and the continued revival of Downtown StL.  When I approached Stephen and Brennan they suggested Drew&#039;s Old Ale - a fine suggestion!  When we purchased the building at 2100 Locust St in 1991 we hoped others would join us in a challenging re-building of Downtown.  It is never done but it is great to have some neighbors.  The beer will be out in November at Culinaria and other Schnucks stores.  The planned production is about 300 cases (12x 75cl each).
