If you enjoy dipping objects into vats of hot liquid all while sipping a cool beer, man, do I have an event for you!  Schlafly will be hosting a beer dinner at The Melting Pot in Town and Country on Tuesday, March 24th starting at 6:30PM.  The meal will include 4 courses paired with 4 different Schlafly products.  The cost for the event is $40 per person and reservations, which are required, can be made by calling (636) 207-6358.

Here’s a look at the menu:

Cheese Fondue – No. 15

Cheddar

Prepared tableside, served with cubed breads, vegetables, and apples for dipping.

Salad – Hefenweizen

Southwest Cobb Salad

Crisp romaine and iceberg, aged cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, bacon, and sliced egg with peppercorn ranch dressing topped with chives and croutons

Entrée – Pale Ale

Beef tenderloin, breast of chicken, white shrimp, balsamic sirloin, cedar plank salmon, and chicken potstickers

Served with fresh vegetables and a variety of dipping sauces.

Chocolate Fondue – Irish Extra Stout

Pure Dark Chocolate

Served with fresh fruits and cakes for dipping.
