quincy-streetA lot has taken place for Quincy Street Bistro‘s head chef Rick Lewis since the last Kegs and Eggs event. Not only did the St. Louis Post-Dispatch named him Chef of the Year in 2013, but he also made the list of semifinalists for the James Beard Rising Star Chef of the Year award.

Needless to say, Chef Rick Lewis is probably the hottest chef in St. Louis right now. If you haven’t had a chance to try some of his delicious home-style cuisine, you’re missing out. If you’re looking for a good excuse to visit, there is no better excuse than attending the third Kegs and Eggs event that’s taking place on Saturday, March 8th from 9AM to 11AM.
