It’s been a week and not only do I think I’m still full from last Tuesday’s beer dinner at Dressel’s Pub, but I’m also still thinking about it.  Maybe some of the ingredients weren’t your typical beef and beer, but that’s what made it so exciting.  It was so different than most so-called “beer dinners.”

The best part to me was the effort put forward to showcase how the Perennial and 2nd Shift beers paired with the dishes.  There was genuine thought put behind each dish that made this dinner so awesome.  If you weren’t able to attend, here are a couple of photos for your drooling pleasure.
