While many of you have probably visited Perennial Artisan Ales over the past few weeks, you haven’t gotten the full experience. Perennial still has a lot to show you and so while you’ve enjoyed their soft opening over the last month, it’s time to officially open the doors.
This Saturday, October 15th, from 2PM until Midnight, Perennial Artisan Ale will officially be open for business. What is different about Saturday compared to what you’ve already experienced? How about a full line-up of beers! Perennial will officially debut the following beers:
- Hommel Bier
- Southside Blonde
- Strawberry Rhubarb Tart
- Fresh Hop Red Saison, “Heart of Gold” Wheat Wine
- “Saison de Lis” Chamomile Saison
- “Abraxas” Mexican Chocolate Stout
If you like the Hommel, Heart of Gold, or Strawberry Rhubarb Tart, you’ll also be able to purchase those in bottles! To pair with these wonderful beers, Perennial has invited the Entree Mobile food truck to show you just how awesome these beers match with food. Chef John of Entree has created a menu just for this event, make sure to check out some of the pairings below.
If great beer and food aren’t enough, Perennial has also lined up some music to keep you entertained throughout the day:
Beth Bombara 2:30-4:30
Megan Rooney & Spectator 5:00-6:30
DJ (TBA) 7:00-12:00
This sounds like a hell of a way to kick off a brewery opening and you’d be remiss if you didn’t attend. Come on out and welcome the newest brewery in St. Louis this Saturday!
