For those of you that made it out to the St. Louis Craft Beer Week Sneak Peek Brewery Tours this past Sunday, if you visited Perennial Artisan Ales, you know they’re well on their way to being open. How close are they to being open? Well, they had two new labels approved for their beers:

As described on Perennial’s blog: “A Witbier with strawberries, rhubarb stalks, and Indian coriander.”

“A Saison brewed with chamomile flowers.”

And if you haven’t seen it yet, there is also their original label for the Hommel Bier which Perennial describes as a “a dry-hopped Belgian Pale Ale”:

Perennial is in the final throes of opening the brewery with a current plan to hopefully have beer going out the door in early September. A big hat-tip to Paul at the Wine and Cheese Place for posting these labels on his blog.
