On Tuesday, November 2nd, Dressel’s Public House will be hosting a very special “Meet the Brew” beer dinner which will feature beers and brewers Brendan Mcgivney and John Campbell of Odell Brewing Company. Beginning at 6PM, this four course meal will be paired with four different beers from Odell.

The cost of this meal will be $40 per person (tax and gratuity not included) and reservations will be required. You can make reservations by calling 314-361-1060.  Here’s the menu for the dinner:

1st course: Sauted House Made Gnocchi
Rustic homemade potato dumplings, shredded salt duck confit, roasted butternut squash, ‘Sullivan Farms’ crabapple cream
Beer: Deconstruction Golden Ale

2nd course: Baby spinach Salad
Warm bacon-malt vinegar dressing, julienned Granny Smith apple, house pickled ‘sweet-tart’ cherries, soft brie crostini
Beer: Levity Amber

3rd course: Sweet Chile Braised Short Rib of Beef
‘fall off the bone tender’ beef short rib, Jasmine rice, blistered green beans with soy & honey, pickled red cabbage and carrots
Beer: Saboteur Brown Ale

4th course: Sticky Toffee Bread Pudding
Brioche bread, ‘drunken-date’ custard, whiskey butterscotch sauce, whipped mascarpone cream
Beer: Bourbon Barrel Stout
