For those of you coming out for the soft opening of 4 Hands Brewing tomorrow, there are just a few thing things you need to know. The first thing is that tomorrow will be the only day they’re open for a little bit. 4 Hands finally got all of their equipment rolling, which means that beer is just now in the fermenters. After tomorrow’s party, they’ll be closed for a few weeks until beers are ready to serve.
The other thing that you need to know is that 4 Hands will be cash only tomorrow. They don’t have a way of accepting credit cards just yet, so you’ll need some greenbacks in your pockets to enjoy the fun.
What about food? Well, 4 Hands has invited the Pi on the Spot pizza truck to be there from 4PM to 6PM. After that, the fine folks from Cha Cha Chow will be taking over until 8 or 9PM. Want some entertainment? One Take will be there playing a live acoustic set during the party.
And how about the beer? Here’s a list of beers that will be pouring tomorrow:
- Reprise Centennial Red
- Cast Iron Oatmeal Brown
- Excess Rye Wine
- Copia Saison
- Bona Fide Imperial Stout
Don’t forget, these are pilot batches of beer, so once they blow tomorrow, you won’t see them again until the doors officially open. There will also be bloody mary’s and three guest taps from local breweries as well.
This is going to be a hell of a time, so don’t miss out on visiting the newest brewery to open in the St. Louis area.
