    Schneider Hopfen Weisse -

Not sure if anyone here is familiar with this, but here is some back story -

    The German version (Schneider Weisse)

    The American version (Brooklyn Brewery)

I had a few sips of the brooklyn version and it was great. I haven’t cracked my personal bottle open yet.

How do you all know about these Belgian beers that are good? I wouldn’t know to look for Brouwerij, nor would I know it was a good beer if it was sitting in front of me.

The 120 minute IPA is pretty intense. I bought a bottle this past fall and had been keeping it on my desk for months. I drank it when I got my liquor license one an empty stomach after work. I got halfway through and had to ask my wife to drive to dinner. Good stuff, a great beer to age. Buy a few and trade em’ for other stuff. You won’t see that around here too often.
