I know this was mentioned a while back, but it's finally happening. Jeff will be brewing our 5th anniversary collaboration saison on Monday. I know this is short notice, but if you're interested in coming out for the brew day, please comment below. There will be two turns brewing to fill the fermenter with the first mash starting around 7:30-8am and the 2nd around 10-10:30am. If all goes well this beer will be ready by our September meeting and we will hold that out at Narrow Gauge.

Awesome! It just so happens that I'm off that day. I'll be there.

I talked to Jeff Friday. He said our beer will probably go on tap on Tuesday. So, we will have the Sept meeting at Narrow Gauge on Sept 12th.

Jeff put the beer in kegs today, but it won't go on tap until he has a free line. Keep an eye here and on our club and Narrow Gauge's social media accounts. The beer is going to be called Cinq.
