I'd think the whole glassware thing should be relatively easy. They carry Unibroue (used to carry Ommegang), and I'd think the brewery would have some sort of glassware line suitable for bars. I rather doubt that they serve more than 10 Belgian beers per day, so surely a handful of glasses would suffice to start. With the number of New Belgium beers Growler's usually offer, even having some NBB tulip glasses would be cool. They should at least be able to snag some free ones to use for promotional purposes.

I also agree on the draft/pour size selection. 32 or so draft beers, and I always end up reluctantly picking something I've had before. There are a LOT of great beers available on draft that could be a bigger draw for more beer enthusiasts, especially in smaller pours.

I'd like to use this opportunity to advertise the Cicerone Progam to anyone who isn't aware. I learned about this from Ray himself at the Siebel Homebrewing course. The first foray into a Beer Sommelier. Anyone can do it and it solidify our position at true beer experts. (www.cicerone.org)

Another good place to taste unique beers is the 33 Wine Shop and Tasting Bar (http://www.33wine.com/).

Its too bad that at a bar with that many beers it seems I always get New Belgium Trippel. Its a very nice brew, but there's no reason to fall into a rut at a place that...except if all the other beers are boring...or listed but not in stock.

I agree with you that Growlers could use to fix their beer selection. There are far too many macro beers, and the import selection has slipped to a few token beers I can get at Schnucks. They need to have more truly unique choices that aren't available else where in St. Louis.

I think these are all really good suggestions, but as you say they don't seem to be struggling for business with both locations usually packed.
