PrintMolly’s in Soulard and Boulevard Brewing will be hosting a Beer Dinner on Tuesday, February 16rd starting at 6:30 that is in celebration of Fat Tuesday.

This six course meal pairs unique beer selections with a Louisiana Creole cuisine inspired meal. The cost of the meal, which includes six different beers, is $50 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). I’ve also been informed that Boulevard founder John McDonald will also be in attendance.

Second Course:
Fried Green Tomato & BBQ Shrimp
Crispy, cornmeal-crusted green tomato slices topped with Remoulade and our Traditional
New Orleans BBQ Shrimp
Pairing: Boulevard Pale Ale

Third Course:
Jambalaya Risotto
Risotto in a Jambalaya-style with tomato, Andouille sausage and lump crabmeat
Pairing: Single-wide IPA

Fourth Course:
Beef Burgundy with Jalapeno-Cheddar Grits
Red wine braised beef served on top of jalapeno-cheddar grits
Pairing: Seeyoulator Doppelbock

Fifth Course:
Beignets with Creole Chocolate Sauce
Pairing: Sixth Glass Quadrupel Ale
