Definitely, Bill. Also, Yeti cellars very well. Buy a couple bottles and forget about them until winter ‘09 or ‘10 and the hops should be long gone by then.

I don’t like the regular Yeti much. It’s so damn hoppy that it’s kind of like looking through a cloudy window when I drink it….like I can tell something really beautiful is out there, but it’s hard to quite make it out.

I hear the oak aged mellows that out a bit…do you find that to be the case? I haven’t picked it up yet, because I was so enthralled with the regular one.

Great Divide is one of my favorite breweries. Nice folks and a stellar lineup of beer from the Oak Aged Yeti Imperial Stout to the Samuri (Unfiltered American Rice Ale) Yummy!

I am with you all the way on the Great Divide. Hercules is one fine double IPA. The guys at the brewery are top notch/passionate. Plus the price on the bombers is great for a premium hop bomb. Do not pass this one up.
