Though the weather outside certainly doesn’t feel like it, we’re smack dab in the middle of fall. I love fall as it’s a great time for drinking beer.

How else do the fine folks are Bridge celebrate this wonderful time of beer drinking? They throw a beer dinner.

This Tuesday, December 4th, Bridge will be hosting their Fall Beer Dinner featuring five courses paired with some fantastic beers. There will be two seatings for this dinner, 6:00PM and 8:30PM, and it will cost you $50 per person (not including tax and gratuity.) First Course
Celeriac and apple soup with black truffle and chervil

Slow roasted pork loin medallions with winter vegetable purée, toasted focaccia, mustard sauce
