Thanks for the thoughts everyone. Re: Cathedral Square. I agree Cubby, we’ll probably see something from them in the future.

Re: Schlafly Belgians. I’m trying to be space conscious, so you’ll notice most of the bottles on the list are not 750mls. That being said, I do think that you’ll see some of those beers pop up in the future as well.

Since the list was intended to be heavy on Belgians, was any consideration given to throwing a couple of the Schlafly Belgians on there? Not being critical at all, just curious. They might not be good for all I know (Belgians aren’t my favorite). The list looks good, and you touched on this, but I like to sip on a big imperial stout with rich meals like you’d find in a French place (especially given the time of year). All in all, I’m just glad good restaurants are starting to focus on beer.
