This long weekend gives us an opportunity to pay tribute to all of the soldiers that helped make this country what it is. It’s also synonymous with the unofficial kick off of summer. And nothing says summer like BBQ and beer.

Dressel’s Public House has picked up a giant new smoker and in anticipation of summer has created a new menu featuring some tasty smoked BBQ. To celebrate this new menu, Dressel’s will be throwing a little shindig on Monday, May 28th running from 12PM-10PM.

Dressel’s, who’s long been known for their support of cask beer, will have three different casks to help celebrate the start of summer. On Monday, you’ll be able to try casks of the new Homefront IPA from Perennial Artisan Ales, the new Ratsalad from 2nd Shift Brewing, and the Civil Life Bitter.

If you like bluegrass music, Dressel’s will be feature live bluegrass from 2-8PM. All of these make for a great way to start your summer. Check below the break for the new full menu from Dressel’s Pub.
