This one came together pretty fast and kind of under the radar. I thought the night turned out real well. I can't take much of the credit though. Chef Rick, Jeremy, & the gang did a great job with the pairings & Madt, Kurt, and the rest of the staff were fantastic hosts. This was my first event with them, and I'm looking forward to more in the future. They are planning 2 more dinners for this summer-the next one will feature O'Fallon (Derek, are you doing this?
