For his first beer dinner at Bridge, Dave Bailey didn’t want to use just any old beer, he wanted to bring it.  Well, consider it brought.  On September 28th, Dave will be pairing five beers with five different courses which will set you back $50 per person.  Here’s a look at the menu:

First Course:
Cinnamon & Black Pepper Goat Chese Crustini topped with Arugula and fresh Oyster Mushrooms tossed in a Green Apple Vinaigrette
New Belgium Tart Lychee (First time in St. Louis)

Second Course:
Pleasant Ridge Reserve Cheese, Focaccia, Smoked Roast Beef, and a Black Currant Reduction
Mikkeller It’s Alive

Third Course:
Sweet Potato and Spicy Chicken Bake
Southern Tier PumKing

Fourth Course:
Roasted Habanero and Orange Duck Breast with Hericot Verts and Caramelized Garlic
Bell’s Hopslam

Dessert:
Chocolate Inebriation Cake, Cinnamon Ice Cream, and a Whiskey Fudge Sauce
Founder’s Black Biscuit (Limited Release)
