Before the days of stainless steel and caustic, beers were aged in wood and inoculated in the open air. These beers were funky from the get-go. This isn’t a trend, it’s revisiting how beer used to be made.
To celebrate these funky beers, the International Tap House in Soulard is throwing their last monthly Sunday Funkday of the year this Sunday, August 31st beginning at 1PM. Here’s the line-up of beers:
