Food trucks!  Yay!

Beer! Yay!

Put them both together and you have the 2nd Annual Food Truck Feast being put on by 4 Hands Brewing and Feast Magazine. This event which combines beer with food being purchased from a vehicle that can move will take place this Saturday, October 20th from 12PM to 8PM.

But, we’re here for the beer, so what will get your lazy butt of your couch to visit 4 Hands this Saturday? They’ll also be debuting an Amarillo Pale Ale in cask on Saturday. But you’ll also be witness to the release of their newest collaboration: the Smoked Pigasus. This beer is a rye smoked maple porter that was made with the help of Mike Emerson from Pappy’s Smokehouse.

Here’s a description of the beer:

Smoked Pigasus is a robust and delicious porter brewed with rye, smoked malt, and maple syrup. The maple provides a perfect balance for the smoked malt. Smoked Piagasus pours a deep mahogany with aromas of chocolate, smoke, and caramel.
