If I had a nickel for each time an out of town visitor asked where to have some dinner with some great beer while visiting St. Louis, I’d probably have at least $9.45. But without a doubt the first answer out of my mouth is usually The Good Pie.

Next Monday, January 28th, 4 Hands Brewing Company will be hosting a beer dinner at TGP. The meal will feature four courses (and a dessert) paired up with five different 4 Hands beers.

This dinner is also notable in that you have a chance to try 4 Hands highly sought after Cuvee Ange. Dinner begins at 6:30PM and will set you back $60 per person. You can make reservations by calling 314-289-9391. Peek at the menu below:

First Course:
Pyrus (French Saison brewed with Pear, white pepper, and orange zest)
House-made mortadella, fresh bread

Second Course:
Cuvee Ange (Barrel aged Saison with raspberries and blackberries)
Roasted mushrooms, kale, and cheese (type of cheese TBD, most likely something funky)

Third:
Divided Sky Rye IPA
Margherita Pizza

Fourth:
Smoked Pigasus (Smoked rye maple porter)
Pizza with house-made pancetta, herb and egg

Dessert:
Chocolate Milk Stout Float with house-made chocolate gelato
