The 2011 St. Louis Brewers Heritage Festival marks the fifth anniversary of the event. This festival gives you just an example of how far things have come in the St. Louis beer community.
The original festival in 2007 featured 7 local breweries which featured over 50 different beers. The 2011 festival will feature 17 breweries in the St. Louis metro area pouring 83 different beers.
This year’s festival will be taking place this weekend with three different sessions:
Friday, June 10, 7PM-11PM
Saturday, June 11, 1PM-5PM
Saturday, June 11, 7PM-11PM
Tickets for this event will cost you $30 in advance and $35 day of festival. They can be purchased from the STL Brewers Heritage Store. I also plan on giving away a 5 sets of tickets over the next few days. For your chance to win, be sure to watch the front page later today and also make sure to watch the STL Hops Twitter feed and the Facebook page.
