Let’s face it, the weather has kind of sucked. It seems like every day has either been cold or raining. Well, we’re all in luck as this weekend has a chance of having some pretty great weather.

And isn’t great weather what May is all about? Well, the International Tap House in Chesterfield is ready to celebrate all things May and all things German by throwing another of their very popular Maifest celebrations this weekend. Running from 4PM-Midnight on Friday, May 20th and from 1PM-Midnight on Saturday, May 21st, iTap will have plenty of beer, brats and Bavarian pretzels.  It even only costs you $5 to attend.

Here’s a line up of the beer they’ll be serving:

Outside:
Hofbrau Original
Hofbrau Maibock
Hofbrau Hefe

Inside:
Paulaner Hefe
Raderberger
Reissdorf Kolsch
Warsteiner Dunkel
Bitburger
Spaten Orig
Franz Hefe
Charleville Maibock
Boulevard Boss toms
Schlafly Kolsch
Urban Chestnut Zwickel

Six Row Honeyweizen
Tucher Hefe

I’m even told there will be 1 liter and half liter mugs available, that you’ll get to keep after buying a Hofbrau (1L and .5L) and Spaten (1L only) draught beer. There will also be plenty of music as well with acts including:

Friday:
3-6 Randall’s Vinyl experience
6-9 Adam Stanley
9-midnight The Schwag

Saturday:
1-4 Waterloo German Band
4-6 Local Gents
6-9 TBD
9-midnight Steve Ewing Band

So, get out this weekend and enjoy the May weather we’ve all been missing.
