How poorly researched--citing that Inbev owns Heineken & Amstel Light! Loses all credibility with me at that point.

I love that story about beer being a possible sleeper issue in the prez campaign. Local brewers should be all over it, if for nothing else than a great promotional hook. Imagine Feingold and Obama at the Cat's Meow hoisting American-made Saint Louis craft beer for the cameras. Priceless!

Had the Creme Brulee tonight. Not sure if its a drain pour, however one snifter's worth is plenty, as it is definitely an after dinner sipper. I couldnt finish a bomber by myself if I wanted to.

I tried the pumpkin last night at TWCP. It was a very good pumpkin in my opinion, but it had such strong custard and spice flavor that it didn't have any beer character. More like watered down pumpkin pie + a little alcohol.

But surely everybody is ready for the pumpkin pie concrete at Ted Drewes? I could eat that year round.

Beer take: Taking my first trip up to the Apple tomorrow. Planned order is: Red's Rye, Alpha King, Hop Devil, 90 Minute.
